Handover and Distribution Program of Project Materials for Youth and Vulnerable Women

TRUCE Integrated Development Organization (TIDO), a non-profit organization committed to community empowerment and sustainable development, successfully conducted a handover and distribution program of project materials for unemployed youth and vulnerable women.

The initiative is part of TIDO’s broader mission to create employment opportunities, improve livelihoods, and support vulnerable community members through practical and sustainable economic empowerment programs. Implemented in collaboration with local communities and development partners, the project focuses on reducing unemployment and enabling beneficiaries to become self-reliant.

Promoting Urban Cleanliness and Environmental Greening

As part of the program, unemployed youth organized under urban sanitation and environmental greening initiatives received essential work materials and equipment support. The project actively engages young people in activities related to urban cleanliness, environmental protection, and city beautification.

Through this support, participants are able to generate sustainable income while contributing to the creation of cleaner, greener, and healthier urban environments. The initiative also plays an important role in promoting long-term environmental sustainability and encouraging community participation in urban development efforts.

Supporting Youth Shoe Cleaning and Maintenance Businesses

Youth groups involved in shoe cleaning and maintenance services were also provided with the necessary materials and operational equipment to strengthen and expand their businesses.

The initiative is helping young people improve their livelihoods, increase their income, and enhance their quality of life through self-employment opportunities. By engaging youth in productive economic activities, the project contributes to reducing unemployment and fostering entrepreneurship within the community.

Empowering Vulnerable Women for a Better Future

TIDO continues to prioritize the empowerment of vulnerable women by supporting them to establish small-scale income-generating activities and improve their economic independence.

The assistance provided through this program enables women to reduce dependency, strengthen household income, and actively contribute to community development. The initiative creates opportunities for women to build sustainable livelihoods and achieve long-term social and economic empowerment for themselves and their families.

Objectives of the Project

  • Create employment opportunities for unemployed youth and vulnerable women
  • Improve the social and economic conditions of beneficiaries
  • Promote clean, green, and sustainable urban environments
  • Strengthen self-employment and small business initiatives
  • Reduce unemployment and increase community income levels
  • Encourage sustainable community development and social transformation
